Approved by The Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department,
Govt. of West Bengal, he has set up a Child Care Institute in 2017 under the
framework of the Juvenile Justice Act for accommodating 50 girls, rescued by the
Police.
Till date, 1000 girls have been taken care of by the institute, out of which 375 girls
have been successfully rehabilitated at their respective places after necessary
counselling and supportive measures.
